The immune system is the central guardian of health

The human body is permanently attacked by germs – mostly without success. The attacks are warded off by the immune system. It is the central guardian of health and ensures that the intruders cannot do any harm. But this does not always work smoothly.

Constant stress in everyday life, a lack of important micronutrients – and the body is already significantly more susceptible to colds or other infectious diseases. With one pathogen or another, the immune system needs longer until a disease is successfully and completely fought. The process can certainly put a strain on the human body. Common examples include coughs, colds, and fevers. These symptoms are often unpleasant, but they are part of the defense response and help to eliminate and get rid of the annoying pathogen.

Cough, cold and fever are part of the body’s defense response.
